This machine has never been placed into production, we used the machine only briefly to learn the basics of embroidery and have never sold items produced. It is essentially brand new and in pristine condition.  Soon after  receiving the machine, we decided not to introduce embroidery as a method into our line.   Rather than let the machine sit unused, we ware selling it.

There is a long list of accessories, thread, hoops, the large table that fits onto the machine, table frames and cap frames,  cover, that we will include with the machine. The software runs on a dongle key.  It is the Pulse Tajima  Hirsh Illustrator Xi dg/ml version with VBE pro vector power pack for CorelDraw, with draw fusion. This extensive software feature allows vector art to be converted to the embroidery format.   The software is on CD. It needs the dongle installed to run.

The Neo 2 is a superb machine and will come with all the manuals that came to us, plus CD's, and other instructional CD's we purchased separately.
