Adobe Illustrator - Vector .EPS or .AI
CorelDraw - Vector .CMX or .CDR.

	To receive a layout, you MUST check off the Request a Layout for Review box.
	You will be required to approve the layout by return email, fax, or phone.
	If you cancel the order after receiving the scaled JPG art file, a $35.00 cancellation fee will be in effect in lieu of the layout fee.
