To receive a layout, you MUST check off
the Request a Layout for Review box.

You will be required to approve the layout by return
email, fax, or phone.

If you cancel the order after receiving the scaled
JPG art file, a $35.00 cancellation fee will be in effect in lieu of
the layout fee.
No changes are
possible once the order has been sent into production
